Refunds and Cancellation

While we pride in providing quality care with complete customer satisfaction we understand that customers may required refunds or cancel their services. We request you to follow the process shown here to do the same.

  • You will need to place a refund request for the subscription for which you have subscribed with us and within 15 business days of purchase of the subscription. You may call our support line to initiate any refund or cancellation.
  • We will process your request within 7-10 business days of receiving it.
  • Following charges will be applicable for processing all refunds.
  • If a request is placed within 7 business days from the date of purchase of our services a cancellation charges of 25% of your invoice value would be deducted and the balance amount will be credited back to your card which was used in the process of buying our subscription.
  • If a request is placed within 15 business days from the date of purchase of our services, a cancellation charges of 50% of your invoice value would be deducted and the balance amount will be credited back to your card which was used in the process of buying our subscription.
  • If a request is placed after 15 business days no refund would be applicable.
